Who's up for a great fitness challenge?  In Term 2 at SCD we'll be running 4 Zumba classes a week which gives you heaps of opportunity to get involved in this fantastic new fitness craze! 

The Challenge? 
Can you do 24 Zumba classes in Term 2? (3 classes per week for 8 weeks) If you can you'll receive a $50 SCD Voucher!!  Zumba is a fantastic workout, which quickly improves fitness, tones muscles and aids weight loss.   Zumba's hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Believe us, it's addictive! Kickstart 2010 with a body challenge!  Zumba Casual Classes are Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays, and our Zumba Perfomance Course is on Thursdays.
